Our pandemic response
Now that all covid restrictions have been removed we are looking forward to getting back to normal, however, we still want to keep our customers and employees as safe as possible.
When our engineers visit your property, therefore, we politely request that you open windows to improve ventilation, wear a mask (as will our engineers) and maintain a distance of 2 metres, where possible. If you, or any member of your household, are feeling unwell on the day of the visit, please let us know and we will rearrange the appointment for another day to suit you.
